Research overview

What is Pinealon?

Pinealon denotes the EDR sequence glutamate-aspartate-arginine. It is distinct from the AEDG sequence known as Epithalon. Its identity and experimental concentration must be established independently of any supplier marketing description.

What has research examined?

A primary paper studied Pinealon in cerebellar granule cells, neutrophils, and PC12 cells under induced oxidative stress. It reported changes in reactive-oxygen-species accumulation, cell-death markers, and proliferation-related pathways. A separate aged-rat stress-model study compared Pinealon with Cortexin; none of these experiments demonstrate clinical longevity or neurological treatment.

Important limitation

Cell survival and animal stress findings cannot establish safe human or animal application. The calculator below is user-entered arithmetic only and cannot infer quality, identity, or suitable use.

Calculation boundary

The calculator performs concentration arithmetic only when a user enters a mass and liquid volume. It does not verify identity, formulation, purity, sterility, stability, compatibility, biological-unit equivalence, or whether reconstitution applies to a particular product. Do not convert IU or other biological units to mg without an authoritative, exact-product relationship.
