What is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin is a synthetic fragment corresponding to the first 29 amino acids of GHRH. It signals the pituitary to release growth hormone when that pathway responds. It differs from long-acting CJC-1295 with DAC and ghrelin-receptor agonists like Ipamorelin.

What has research examined?

An original study of continuous GHRH(1–29) infusion measured GH secretion and growth in a clinical context. An evidence review describes diagnostic responses and limited pediatric deficiency data, while noting uncertainty about final height and comparative effectiveness. None establishes benefit for healthy adults or unsupervised product use.
