Research overview
What is Thymopentin (TP-5)?
TP-5 is a short synthetic fragment associated with thymopoietin activity. It differs chemically from thymosin alpha-1, thymosin beta-4, and Thymogen. A similar “thymo” name does not make trial results transferable.
What has research examined?
A double-blind placebo-controlled study in asymptomatic HIV-infected participants reported CD4 percentage markers favoring studied Thymopentin at selected endpoints. An older atopic-dermatitis study assessed clinical parameters and lymphocyte subgroups. These settings and historical studies do not validate a current supplier vial or a broad “immune booster” claim.
Immune biomarkers alone do not establish clinical prevention or safe unsupervised treatment. No amount, route, or use is suggested.

Calculation boundary
The calculator performs concentration arithmetic only when a user enters a mass and liquid volume. It does not verify identity, formulation, purity, sterility, stability, compatibility, biological-unit equivalence, or whether reconstitution applies to a particular product. Do not convert IU or other biological units to mg without an authoritative, exact-product relationship.
